Gypsy's owner and skipper is Ron Gabaree , Sr.
    He has a Coast Guard Licensed Master's license and training for 100 ton vessels
 on Near Coastal US waters.  ( Up to 200 miles off shore )  

  His certification and training also carry
   a ‘Sailing Endorsement” and a “Towing Endorsement”.

He has served on cruise ships in the Caribbean and in Alaska,and has skippered
 pleasure sailing vessels in the Gulf of Mexico and along the
 US eastern seacoast between Florida and Canada.
