Gypsy's owner and skipper is Ron Gabaree , Sr.
    He has a United States Coast Guard 50 ton Master's license for sail and power vessels
 on Near Coastal US waters.  ( Up to 200 miles off shore )  

  His training also carries
    a “Towing Endorsement”.

He has served on cruise ships in the Caribbean and in Alaska,and has skippered
 pleasure sailing vessels in the Gulf of Mexico and along the
 US eastern seacoast between Florida and Canada.
